When you use our drop off laundry near Chicago, our attendant starts by sorting your clothes into lights, whites or darks, then your clothes go into its own washing machine, separate from all other orders. Our standard process consists of using high quality laundry detergent, fresh smelling fabric softener and wrinkle/static removing dryer sheets to wash your clothes. You can also choose to customize your order to a specific preference (i.e. cold wash, low dry, hypo-allergenic detergent). Our advanced software will remember your preferences for your next wash. After your laundry is washed, dried and folded, we will send you a text message within 24 hours notifying you that your clean clothes are ready for pickup. Never wash and dry your own laundry again!
